Since service we provide might be delivered via internet, all we require is to specify name of the character you want us to send you in-game virtual tibia gold. The tibia cash will be sent to you within 24 hours from your order, not longer than 72 hours. Usually it takes a few minutes for you to receive tibia gold. In case anything goes wrong, for example a character you want us to provide the service to is on another world you ordered the gold, we will contact you.

Returns

In case you don't want us to provide you the service anymore, we can return you the money you sent us. The money will be sent back to the same account (bank, paypal, moneybookers, etc) within 2 days. Please notice however, that it is not possible to get the money back, after the service has already been provided, that means, after you received in-game tibia gold.
